When Spirit Visits Through Nature

The natural world is alive with Spirit’s energy. From the flutter of wings to the rustle of leaves, Spirit often uses nature to speak because it’s one of the purest forms of communication. The earth listens, and so should we.

A woman named Sonia once told me she began seeing owls everywhere after her husband passed. “They’re carved into our wedding rings,” she said softly. “Now I see them on billboards, coffee cups, and in the trees outside my window.” During her session, her husband came through saying, “That’s me. The owls are how you’ll know I’m near.”

A few days after my son's passing my husband and I were in our community dog park with my two greyhounds.  We were the only two there. Suddenly a hawk appeared overhead about 3' above me.  It flew around and around for about 20 minutes. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that it was my son letting me know he was flying free now. It was one of the most memorable moments for me.

Nature acts as a bridge between dimensions because it vibrates with life energy. I’ve seen cardinals appear during moments of deep sorrow, dragonflies hover during memorials, and sudden breezes blow through still rooms when someone speaks a loved one’s name. Spirit weaves their presence through all of it.

These signs aren’t just symbols — they’re sacred synchronizations. They remind us that love doesn’t vanish when the body does; it continues to move through creation itself.
