My Journey Into Evidential Mediumship: How Spirit Called Me to Serve
I didn’t grow up knowing I was a medium. I wasn’t the kid seeing ghosts or hearing whispers in the dark. In fact, if you’d told me years ago that one day I’d be passing along messages from people’s loved ones in spirit, I would’ve looked at you like you just suggested I join the circus.
But life has a way of changing you in the most unexpected—and sometimes heartbreaking—ways.
Losing My Son Changed Everything
When my son passed, my world cracked open. The grief was unimaginable. It wasn’t just sadness—it was a soul-deep ache that touched every corner of my being.
But underneath the pain was something else: a fierce, unwavering desire to stay connected to him.
I didn’t know what that would look like—I just knew I couldn’t accept that he was gone. Not in the way people say it. Not in the way that felt final and unreachable.
I needed a way to stay in touch.
That desire—that mother’s love—is what led me to Evidential Mediumship.
I Had No Idea I Could Do This
I started exploring. I found teachers, mentors, and communities who understood the spirit world not as something scary or mysterious, but as something loving, intelligent, and very real.
I had absolutely no idea that I had evidential mediumship abilities. Truly. I didn’t feel “special.” I wasn’t trying to become a professional anything—I just wanted to find my son.
But once I began training, something opened up.
Messages started coming through.
Clear. Specific. Loving.
And not just from my son—but from other people’s loved ones, too.
I’ll never forget the first time I gave a message to someone that brought them to tears—the kind of tears that say “I didn’t even know how much I needed that.”
That’s when I knew. This wasn’t just about my healing anymore. It was about service.
Spirit Called Me to Be a Voice
The rest, as they say, is history.
What started as a mother’s need to connect became a calling to help others do the same.
I’ve since worked with many beautiful souls—both in spirit and in the physical world. I’ve seen what happens when someone hears from a parent, a child, a partner, or a best friend who has passed.
I’ve seen the weight lift. The heart soften. The healing begin.
And every time, I am humbled to be the voice spirit speaks through.
Yes, I Still Laugh About It Sometimes
I’m not going to pretend this is all serious and solemn. Spirit has a sense of humor. Some of the messages I’ve passed along over the years have made me laugh out loud mid-session.
Like the time a grandfather came through and insisted his granddaughter needed to stop dating “that guy with the weird hair.” (She knew exactly who he meant.)
Or the time someone’s mom showed me a pie, then insisted I say “not store-bought” out loud.
This work is sacred—but it’s also human. It’s joyful. It’s real.
And it reminds me, over and over again, that our loved ones don’t stop loving us just because they’ve left their physical body.
This Is What I Was Meant to Do
I never imagined I’d be here. But I’m so grateful I am.
Mediumship found me in the midst of deep grief.
It gave me a way to continue my relationship with my son.
And it gave me a way to help others find that same connection, healing, and hope.
If you’re longing to hear from someone you love, or even just curious about what the spirit world might have to say to you—I’d be honored to hold that space with you.
